Paula Barclay
Paula grew up on the West Coast of Vancouver Island in a little town called Sooke. After graduation she traveled all over Canada eventually coming to settle in Victoria, BC. She was employed by Island Savings Credit Union for seven years, when she realized her love for finance and making a difference. She had a vision of building a bookkeeping business. Through her perseverance, dedication and hard work, All Ways Counting was created, and the business has grown since its conception in 1997.
Paula attended Camosun College in Victoria BC, and British Columbia Institute of Technology in Vancouver BC.
Paula’s pastimes include spending time with her family, and her dog, she also enjoys kickboxing, travelling, hiking, baking and reading.
Helen (Hong) Zhou
After graduating from University, I worked at a bank for over ten years. Once I immigrated to Canada, I worked as a bookkeeper in IT, travel and retail businesses. I did full cycle accounting, financial statement preparation, balancing company transactions, monthly bank, visa reconciliations, payroll remittance and GST, PST remittance, etc. Since then I have been working at All Ways Counting. It is most satisfying to me because I would use my knowledge to help our clients. I enjoy working with numbers and solving detail-oriented problems.
Outside of work, I enjoy travelling, taking photos and trying different kind of food.
